A Deep knowledge in mother language will helps in the better expression of the human being is echoed during the observation of International Mother Language Day at DAV Public School, Kalinga Nagar. Presiding over a function organised to mark the occasion, principal of the school Sri Bipin Kumar Sahoo urged to safeguard the mother language along with its wide publicity. In order to develop the feelings of mother language self composed poem recitation, news reading, slogan writing etc. has been organised for students. During the occasion the teachers of the school recited the beautiful odia song “Amari Maa Odisha… Odia Ama Bhasa” and expressed the importance and need of the day through speeches. The programme was organized by the Odia Dept. of the school and ended with vote of thanks.
