77 th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED AT DAV, KALINGA NAGAR

Bhubaneswar, 16.08.-DAV Public School, Kalinga Nagar celebrated the 77th Independence Day of mother India with great enthusiasm and
patriotic fervour. As the chief guest of the occasion, Chairman of the school, Sj Madan Mohan Panda hoisted the national flag. In his address
to the gathering, he advised the students to give priority to the interest of the motherland so that the dreams of the freedom fighters can be
materialized and the country can reach the zenith of its progress. During his address, the chief guest emphasized the decisive role played by the student community in taking the country on the path of progress and development and urged them to fulfill their role in a faithful manner.
The students staged a beautiful programme on yoga that spread the aroma and patriotism in the air. The spirit of freedom and nationalism
and the very cult of India’s inherent strength ‘unity in diversity’ was well exhibited by the students through their welcome chorus. The entire
programme was smoothly conducted with the whole-hearted cooperation of all the staff members under the supervision of the Principal.
